Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service
I had a delightful stay with attentive staff who went above and beyond. The spacious family room was a perfect retreat, and the in-house restaurant offered delicious meals. I'd suggest confirming room temperature controls upon check-in for a more comfortable stay. a great experience!

Convenient access but needs a refresh
The location of this hotel, with its direct access to Paddington Station, makes it incredibly convenient for travelers heading to Heathrow or exploring London. However, the rooms felt dated and in need of renovation, with some cosmetic issues present. Overall, the stay was satisfactory because of the location, but updates would significantly enhance the experience.

I had a lovely three-night stay where I really enjoyed the good breakfast spread and the impressive egg counter. The amenities like the executive lounge and evening happy hour gave me a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. Just be aware that the elevators can get crowded during peak hours, but that didn't overshadow my overall great experience! 😊

Great spot but needs a revamp
I stayed for 3 nights in a double room, and while the location next to Paddington is super convenient, the room was pretty outdated. The breakfast was a highlight with tons of options, but the AC didn't really keep up—had to fix it a couple of times! If you're all about location, this place works, but it could use some love.

The unique historical charm was overshadowed by the shabby looking furniture.

We enjoyed our meals as a family by picking fun dishes from the Kids Menu! The hotel had great kid amenities available on request that made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the location right by Paddington station was super convenient for all our travels.
In my children's opinion, the hotel could have had more food options in the executive lounge.

the hotel is in a great spot, right at paddington station, which is super handy for getting around london. the breakfast was amazin with tons of options, and the staff in the exec lounge were really cool. i slept like a baby thanks to the comfy bed and good air conditioning. good water pressure in the shower too, made my stay way better. loved that there are loads of places to eat and drink nearby.
the room was a bit warm even with the thermostat set, kinda annoying. also, the check-in took a while, but other than that, it was fine.

missingWrote a review on Sept 02noise disturbance
Two nights, and the experience wasn’t without its headaches. The first night, construction noise kept me up until 4 a.m.. apparently, my room was on the unfortunate side. On top of that, not one of the rooms had a refrigerator, because they were waiting on replacements—mid-summer or not, that's a glaring oversight. The mechanical hum in my room was relentless, making it a struggle to find peace and quiet. Lastly, some rooms are a trek from the elevator, making for a much longer walk after a long day in the city. Definitely not their usual standard.
